All parcels will be sent out the next working day. For UK customers our standard delivery is Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (1-3 working days). All international parcels have the same policy as UK parcels, however lead times can vary from 3-28 working days depending on the country. Rest assured, in any instance we are working around the clock to get your order to you!

Many of our items are custom-made to order. Due to the personalised nature of these products, we operate a strict no return or exchange policy on all custom-made items.

However, if you receive an item that is faulty or has a clear defect, we will gladly accept a return and provide a replacement item. Please note that we do not offer refunds in these cases—only a direct exchange for the same item.
